We want your shopping experience at Weepeggles to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you've received a defective item, been sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@weepeggles.com as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you.
• Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. We will issue you a refund or store credit that will be sent to the e-mail address provided on your order at checkout.
• Complete the return form included in your original shipment or print out one from the link provided below and include it with your return.
• All returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn and with the original tag(s) attached to the clothing.
• All FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned item(s). Please note the tracking number if applicable.
*Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. Please note that during and around sales and holidays, returns will be delayed.
Hassle-Free Returns
We know, returns can be a hassle. We’ve worked really hard to keep the returns process as easy as possible so your little Weepeggle can stay Adorable!! We’ve detailed out the process below so that you’ll know what to expect.
All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there!
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, our team will put all of your information into the system as quickly as we can! Even though we have the fastest returns team we've ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
We have a limited number of styles featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee a size or style will be available for an exchange. But no worries, we completely understand and love the clothes just as much as you do. We can issue a store credit.
Sometimes things happen and you need to make changes or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately. Our team is prompt and adept at packing and shipping orders fast! Once they process and ship your order, we are unable to make any changes.

If you have received a Weepeggles item as a gift that does not work for your little one, no worries! We are happy to help you process the item(s) as a return or an exchange in accordance with our return policies. Returns are typically processed for store credit to the original email on the order. Please make sure that you note the original customer’s name and email address on the form if you are not able to locate the order number.
